Directions for MuscleTech Nitro-Tech NOP-47 Hardcore Pro Series:

Add 1 serving (1 scoop) of Nitro-Tech® NOP-47TM to 4-6 oz. of cold water or skim milk, mix and consume 30 minutes before your daily workout. Do not exceed 1 serving (1 scoop) in a 24-hour period.
